01About this policy

URTech publishes Mewstery Grid. This policy covers the game's release using Google AdMob advertising and Apple in-app purchases, and this privacy website. It explains information handled by the game, its service providers and our support process.

The game does not require a player account. Advertising and purchases use third-party services whose own policies also apply.

02Information handled

On your device

Game progress, completed cases, star ratings, rewards, settings and advertising preferences are saved locally. Local storage allows the game to remember your progress between sessions.

Advertising services

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), device and app information, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, ad impressions and interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics. These data support ad delivery, measurement, reliability, fraud prevention and personalization where allowed.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

03Advertising & your choices

Mewstery Grid uses Google AdMob. Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, consent choices, device settings and Google policies. The game may offer optional rewarded videos; the reward is explained before you choose to watch.

• Consent: where applicable, a privacy message asks for your advertising choices. Use the game's privacy-options entry point to revisit available choices.
• Apple tracking permission: if tracking permission is requested, you can allow or decline it using Apple's system prompt. You can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Regional choices: where applicable, advertising privacy options may include an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. You may also contact us using the address below.

Declining tracking permission does not prevent access to the core game. It does not necessarily remove all advertisements or all data processing needed to deliver and secure them. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's practices.

04Apple in-app purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple handles the payment through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card number. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to communicate with Apple. It processes product identifiers, transaction records and purchase status to deliver purchased coins and recover unfinished transactions. Coin balances and fulfilled transaction identifiers are stored locally to prevent duplicate delivery. Consumable coin packs cannot be restored after use or reinstallation. Unity may process purchase and technical data through its purchasing SDK, as described in Unity’s privacy policy.

Prices and purchase conditions are shown by the App Store before confirmation. Eligible purchase restoration is handled through the game's restore-purchases option. Refund requests can be submitted through Apple's refund service. Apple's handling of account and payment information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

05Retention, sharing & processing

Local progress normally remains until the app's data is removed, the app is uninstalled, or the device is reset. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies. Removing the game does not erase records that Apple or Google retain under their own policies.

Support correspondence is kept as needed to address your request, maintain necessary records and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and payment providers determine retention for information they process under their respective policies.

Information may be handled by service providers supporting advertising, payments, hosting and email support. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protect legal rights. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; their policies explain applicable safeguards.

06Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to certain processing, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact us to make a request. We may need reasonable information to verify and respond to it; the available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

For information processed independently by Apple or Google, their privacy controls and request channels may also be needed. You may contact your local data-protection authority where applicable. Exercising a privacy right does not require buying anything.

07Children's privacy

We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through player accounts or support. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action. The App Store age rating describes game content and is not a statement that advertising services are suitable for every age.

08This website & policy updates

This page is served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes network and request information, such as IP address and browser/request details, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

This Worker does not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies, collect form submissions, or store request bodies in a database. Clicking an email link opens your email application; no message is sent automatically.

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.
